Ball View Apartment Homes brought branding, leasing, and business setup into one engagement.
I contributed to the name and designed the logo, website, and outdoor signage. Behind the scenes, I established the LLC, business license, and EIN, then configured and customized DoorLoop so prospective residents could move from the website to apartment availability and rental applications.
Launched in 2025, the website connected the property’s marketing with its leasing process. Quarterly maintenance continues to support the site.
